FRIEZA

Due to the large amount of fight scenes from the Manga series, coming up with ideas for special moves for him was not a hard task,
however due to the lacking number of sprites from the original DBZ arcade game, many edits were required . . . while Cell was considered
to be an end-boss type character, Frieza was created with a mid-boss type feel. Some of his moves may have rather "unique" abilities.

Counter your opponent by appearing behind them and
trapping him into a ball of energy. "Kakatta-ne !"

He doesn't scream, "Death Beam !" like in the PS2 version,
but this was his most often used technique in the manga series.

 

Summon large stones to throw them or to use them as a shield,
just like the guy in Psychic Force with the same Voice Actor.

"Destruction ball". Connects from a Meteor-ish combo into a
Death Ball which he used to attempt to destroy Planet Namek.

Death Ball (can in air) + (can charge) + WP or HP  (use 100 - 200 spirit)
Spiral Upper + WP or HP  
Head Attack (can in air) + WK or HK (can repeat twice) (can cancel a Rising Attack and a Diving Knee Attack)
Rising Head Attack + WK or HK (can cancel a Head Attack)
Diving Knee Attack (during Jump) + WK or HK (can cancel a Flying Head Attack and a Rising Attack)
Mega Buster + HP  (use 200 spirit) + ( is a throw when close)

Special Techniques

Energy Charge  HP + HK (hold down)  
High-Speed Dodge WP + WK or WP + WK (vulnerable to throws)
Caught You ! (counter) (during stand/crouch guard) WP + WK (Lv1 Hyper)

Super Moves

Death Beam (can in air) + HP (Lv1 Hyper)
Psychokinetic Attack + HK (Lv2 Hyper) + HP to throw)
Destruction Ball + HK (Lv3 Hyper)
