VEGETA
The character that got the most amount of "please make him" mails (mainly
from overseas), the Prince of Saiyans. Although he may have a
"bonus" SSJ pallet, since he is still based on the Saiyan saga/early Namek
saga, he will neither use the Final Flash nor the Big Bang Attack.
His style is somewhat of a "technical" character, which may
make it difficult for fighting game beginners to get used to his play style.
