The character that got the most amount of "please make him" mails (mainly from overseas), the Prince of Saiyans. Although he may have a
"bonus" SSJ pallet, since he is still based on the Saiyan saga/early Namek saga, he will neither use the Final Flash nor the Big Bang Attack.
His style is somewhat of a "technical" character, which may make it difficult for fighting game beginners to get used to his play style.

The famous move that killed his rival, Qui at Planet Namek,
"Filthy Fireworks". Here, it is used as a counter technique.

Gallic Cannon, the move known to be "just like" the Kamehameha.
However, was used only once in the entire seires . . .

The explosive blast used against Goku, Kuririn, and Gohan.
Different from the one used against Buu. "Shut up and die !"

Level 3 super move, "Planet Burst". Name taken from Butoden 2's
Meteor Attack. When using SSJ pallet, looks a little Final Flash-ish.
